Наприкінці квітня комуни Беттембург і Люделанж котре стають точкою тяжіння для літературної Європи, де проходить LiteraTour 2026 — фестиваль, який дедалі частіше описують не як подію, а як процес. Його формують не лише тексти, а й простір, голос і навіть смак. Цьогорічна програма, як і раніше, мультимовна й міждисциплінарна. Вона поєднує авторські читання, сценічні інтерпретації, кінопокази та дискусії — формат, який давно вийшов за межі традиційного «літературного вечора». Серед авторів, які беруть участь у програмі та супровідних подіях фестивалю, — імена, добре відомі в європейському літературному просторі:
Жан Портант (Jean Portante — “Mrs Haroy ou la mémoire de la baleine”, “L’architecture des temps instables”) — один із ключових франкомовних письменників Люксембургу, автор поетичних і прозових текстів про пам’ять та ідентичність
Нора Вагенер (Nora Wagener — “E. Galaxien”, “Larven”) — представниця молодшого покоління, чия проза активно обговорюється в німецькомовному середовищі
Гі Гельмінгер (Guy Helminger — “Neubrasilien”, “Die Ruhe der Schlammkröte”) — автор драм і романів, що працюють на перетині літератури й театру.

Читання відбуваються у різних локаціях: від камерних залів до відкритих майданчиків. Кожен текст супроводжується атмосферою — світлом, звуком, інколи навіть гастрономією. Ідея такого формату проста: не просто слухати, а зануритися. Окремий акцент — конкурс Prix Laurence 2026 для авторів віком від 12 до 26 років. Для багатьох це перша публічна поява: читання перед аудиторією, зустріч із видавцями та спроба увійти в професійне середовище.
LiteraTour 2026 in Luxembourg moves beyond the book
In late April, the communes of Bettembourg and Leudelange once again become a focal point for literary Europe. It is here that LiteraTour 2026 unfolds — a festival increasingly described not simply as an event, but as a process. It is shaped not only by texts, but by space, voice and even taste. This year’s programme remains multilingual and interdisciplinary, bringing together author readings, stage adaptations, film screenings and public discussions — a format that has long moved beyond the confines of the traditional “literary evening”. Among the writers featured in the programme and its accompanying events are names well established within the European literary landscape:

Readings take place across a range of locations, from intimate indoor settings to open-air venues. Each text is accompanied by a carefully constructed atmosphere — light, sound and, at times, even culinary elements. The concept is straightforward: not merely to listen, but to immerse. A further highlight is the Prix Laurence 2026 competition, aimed at writers aged 12 to 26.
