Princess Marie Caroline’s wedding will carry a symbolic resonance: in July 1993, it was in Vaduz that Prince Alois married Princess Sophie. On that occasion, however, the ceremony took place at the Cathedral of St. Florin, and the day before the couple hosted a pre-wedding reception at Nymphenburg Palace in Munich.
