“Оголена, яка спускається сходами, №2” (1912) - картина Марселя Дюшана (1887-1968); вважається класикою модернізму і стала однією з найвідоміших свого часу. Дюшан зображує рух за допомогою послідовного накладання зображень, подібно до стробоскопічної кінозйомки.

Джуліан Стріт, художній критик газети "Нью-Йорк Таймс", писав, що картина нагадує "вибух на фабриці з виробництва черепиці", а художники-карикатуристи багато разів висміювали твір.

Побачивши цю картину, президент Теодор Рузвельт написав: "Візьміть картину, яка чомусь називається "Оголений чоловік, що спускається сходами". У моїй ванній кімнаті є дуже гарний навахо-килим, який, за будь-якої правильної інтерпретації теорії кубізму, є набагато більш задовільною і декоративною картиною. Якби з якоїсь незбагненної причини комусь заманулося назвати цей килимок, скажімо, "Добре вбраний чоловік, що піднімається сходами", назва відповідала б фактам так само добре, як і у випадку з кубістичною картиною "Голий чоловік, що спускається сходами". З точки зору термінології, кожна назва мала б ту цінність, яка притаманна досить дешевому нагнітанню ефекту; а з точки зору декоративної цінності, щирості та мистецької вартості, килим навахо безмежно випереджає картину".
